China alone produce about 2/3rd of total peanuts produced across the globe. The annual production of peanuts in India goes on to 6 million metric tons.

Bold and Java are the two major kinds of peanuts produced in India. While Bold finds its roots in Virginia, Java hails from Spain. The winter crop of peanuts is irrigated by the rains while the summer crop is irrigated by water resources.

Among this produce, 70% of the winter crop is Bold and 85% IS Java. The Bold variety peanuts are typically red-skinned with elongated shape. The Java variety peanuts are pink-skinned with round spheroid shape.

Quality Benchmark

Our peanut processing unit is the first-of-its-kind and largest in India, with processing capacity in excess of 25 metric tons per day.

It is equipped with the latest sorting, grading, and cleaning machines from S + S Sorting and other reputed companies.

The product passes through 14 different machines and 11 different processes.

OUR NUTS & BOLTS OF QUALITY PROCESS

Our Processing unit has a daily production capacity of 25 Metric Tons. It is equipped with the latest automatic processing machinery which ensures that the quality of our product is always consistent to the requirements.

The peanuts pass through a Sortex machine which is equipped with 12 high-resolution cameras that can identify and remove all foreign impurities. Quality has always been our topmost priority. The process conditions are constantly monitored and regulated to ensure the quality standard. The final product is released only after a thorough laboratory analysis. All the staff follow the highest hygiene levels and have undergone all the mandatory immunizations and vaccination procedures.

Procurement

We are committed to procuring the finest groundnuts directly from farmers of Saurashtra, which is considered the best region of groundnut cultivation in India. We follow a stringent policy of procurement for quality-tested crops for processing.

Processing

Raw Peanuts: We have state-of-the-art machinery to de-shell the finest groundnuts and peanuts. Sorted, handpicked and selected raw peanuts with their natural flavour are offered to the consumers.

Roasting: In-house selected raw peanuts are perfectly dry roasted in small batches. The graded and sorted peanuts are roasted at perfect temperature for exact time to ensure uniform roasting and gourmet flavour. Carefully blanched to give a perfect crunch and handpicked roasted peanuts are sealed well.
